Downtown Tulsa
Downtown Tulsa is the neighborhood for everyone.
People live, work and entertain here. Our region is known for its live music, cuisines, coffee, art, entertainment and craft beer. Creativity is the essence of our culture. It is a unique blend of architecture, history, and local businesses that makes Tulsa a true city. You’ll be amazed at all that Downtown Tulsa has to offer, no matter if you’re a regular visitor or not. ARENA DISTRICT
The Arena District Master Plan was launched in February 2018. It guides the City and its partners to develop improvements to the District’s public space. The master planning process will evaluate the District’s current status, assess the potential for public infrastructure investments, identify private development opportunities, and provide a roadmap for future decisions. Many smaller neighborhoods make up Downtown Tulsa. It is the financial and commercial center of the city. The Deco District houses art deco buildings as well as the Tulsa Performing Arts Center. Meanwhile, the Tulsa Arts District hosts long-running music venues along with cool galleries. The Blue Dome District is home to lively bars and dance clubs, while the Tulsa Oilers professional hockey team plays at BOK Center.
